Fire pit with string lights outside. And a game room downstairs with ping pong, foosball, a record player, and an arcade cabinet, for when you need an hour to yourselves.

The gorges are stunning but the trails fill up. At Canopy Ridge you have private land: cliff lines, hardwood forest, and a seasonal waterfall that runs after a rain. Nobody else is on it.
Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, and Cedar Falls are all within 10 minutes when you want them.
