The cabins are nestled across the ridge top on a 60-acre property. The property is very secluded from public traffic. The cabins are within walking distance to each other, so you may cross paths with other Canopy Ridge guests, but no one else. This picture indicates the relative locations of each cabin. The TREEhouse cabin is the most secluded from the others.

90% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check in. 60% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before check in.
